How does your typical process look like?

We start with an application form and discovery call so I can understand your business, goals, and what you're working toward. From there, I develop the brand strategy and visual concept, present it to you, and we refine it together until it feels exactly right.
What's a branding questionnaire?

Before I design anything, I send you a detailed questionnaire. It helps me understand your business deeply including your audience, values, and competitors. But most importantly we tap into your brand story and explore how we can translate it into distinct visual presence. This is what everything else is built on.
What's included in brand collateral?

Collateral is all the print and digital materials that carry your brand. Think business cards, letterheads, packaging, social media templates, posters, and more. Available as add-ons to any brand identity package.
Do you offer just a logo?

I am a firm believer that logo on its own won't carry your brand presence fully as it deserves and it won't build your brand. Every package includes a complete identity system so your business looks and feels established everywhere it shows up.
How does payment/payment plans work?

To secure your project I will need 30-50 % downpayment. The rest is split into payment plan or paid upon brand delivery. I offer up to four months payment plans. A 3.5% processing fee applies. Full details will be outlined in your project proposal.
Can I book add-ons without a full brand package?

Add-ons are available to SaltBorn clients only if you are working with me on your brand identity. That way everything stays true to your brand. I do however recognize the need for your brand to stay consistent. I crafted an offer that focuses on creating versatile plug-and-play Canva social media template pack closely aligned with your brand universe and content.
