Seya Wellbeing is an inclusive digital platform that provides women with easy, accessible rituals that celebrate rest, body love, and expansion.

he founder, Aseya, went through mental health crisis in 2020, and on her path to recovery she learned about the nervous system and how our body and mind are connected. Through her own healing, she was able to completely transform her life. She also got tired of the performative wellness she was seeing in mainstream and wanted to create a space for people who also felt like they didn’t fit into mainstream wellness.

Seya is a blend of all of these ritual practices that are guided through a trauma informed, nervous system led lens, and a space where women can learn to explore themselves and find a place for belonging.

The primary logo consists of the words “Seya” and “Wellbeing.” It forms the foundation of the visual identity.

All letters are lowercase to reflect the brand’s inclusive and approachable character. The sans-serif typography communicates warmth, ease, and openness. Its custom lettering draws inspiration from both Arabic and Japanese calligraphy. This is a nod to the founder’s heritage, designed to feel balanced and contemporary rather than literal.

The shapes of the letters were refined to mirror the lens and the bokeh effect. I introduced more subtle corneres and imperfect rounded shapes to emphasise the human-ness and human-centric approach of the brand.
